Peninsula Tokyo is a 5-star Luxury Boutique hotel located in the Yurakucho neighborhood of Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan.

The hotel is part of the Peninsula Hotels group. Founded in 1928, the group operates a chain of 5-star hotels around the world. Their flagship hotel is located in Hong Kong.

The Peninsula Tokyo opened in 2007.

Description

The building was specifically designed for the hotel. Thus - unlike many Tokyo hotels who share the building with other businesses - the Peninsula occupies the skyscraper with its lobby on the ground floor.

The design is conservative yet modern.

The hotel has 361 rooms - 314 guestrooms and 47 suites. The base room - the Superior - offers a flatscreen television, a work desk, a dining table, and complimentary high-speed Internet access. The most luxe room - the Peninsula Suite - is an exceptional 347 square meters large and includes a mini-gym, a large balcony, fax machine with private number, 42" plasma television, and a marble bathroom.
