Ayako Rokkaku

Ayako Rokkaku (ロッカクアヤコ) is a Japanese contemporary artist who paints mostly with her hands. The subject matter of her paintings is often children and she has done live painting at various Tokyo art events including Geisai and Design Festa.

Awards and Honors

She won the Scout Prize at Geisai #4 and the Akio Goto Prize at Geisai #9. She was also choosen by Takashi Murakami to be part of the KaiKai Kiki booth at the Volta 02 Art Show in Basel, Switzerland, during June of 2006.
