V6

V6 is a Japanese singing group that was created by Johnny & Associates, a popular production group in Japan. The group debuted in 1995 and slowly climbed up the charts. The biggest debate about the group is where the “V” came from in their name. Some believe that it is for Victory, but others say that it is for Veteran, Vegetable, or Volleyball. The six comes from the fact that there are six members in the group.

Each of the members of the groups does other things, including appearing on television, variety shoes, and radio. Some have been on stage, while others are known more for being in movies. The group has two weekly television shows and divide their time between those shows and the individual shows that they are in.
