Nerima-ku

Nerima-ku (練馬区) is one of the 23 special wards of Tokyo, Japan.

The ku has more agricultural land than any of the other wards. Nearly half of the cabbage grown in Tokyo is grown in Nerima-ku. It is also well-known for growing daikon radish. Nerima-ku is also major industrial area, with nearly 600 factories within its borders. Many animation studios are located in Nerima-ku. In fact, it is home to the Nerima Animation Conference.
