The hotel is located in the Shiodome complex - a cluster of newer skyscrapers containing shops, restaurants, and businesses.
The hotel is walking distance to Ginza. Shinbashi Station and Shiodome Station are both within walking distance.
The Conrad Tokyo is 290 rooms and suites located 37 floors above the Shiodome area. The "Classic" (most basic) room is 48 square meters with 3-meter-high ceilings - large by Tokyo standards. The largest suite - the "Royal Hamarikuyu Suite" - measures a full 220 square meters, with views over the Royal Hamarikyu Garden. Ocean view rooms are available.
The rooms are modeled on one of two concepts: the "City" concept rooms (which look out over the city of Tokyo), or the "Garden" concept (which have views of the Royal Hamarikyu Garden and Tokyo Bay). The rooms are "exclusively fragranced" according to their concept.
All rooms include flat-screen LCD televisions, full-size refrigerators, 250-thread-count bedsheets, separate bath tub and shower, DVD players and Video On Demand, minibar, and tea and coffee facilities. Guest rooms are equipped with wired and wireless high-speed Internet access. Wireless phones are also provided for use throughout the hotel.
Non-smoking floors are available.
The hotel contains four restaurants and one bar/lounge - modern French restaurant "Gordon Ramsay at Conrad Tokyo"; the brasserie "Cerise by Gordon Ramsay"; the Japanese restaurant "Kazahana"; the Chinese restaurant "China Blue"; and "TwentyEight" Bar & Lounge.
