Dai-ichi Hotel Tokyo is a hotel located in the Shinbashi neighborhood of Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan.
Opened in 1993, Dai-ichi Hotel Tokyo is the newest and the flagship hotel in the Dai-ichi Hotel group.

The hotel is next to the Ginza shopping district, and within walking distance of the Imperial Palace. It is located a three-minute walk from the JR Yamanote Line at Shinbashi Station, the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line at Shinbashi Station, and the Toei Mita at Uchisaiwaicho Station.
From Narita Airport, take the Narita Express train to Tokyo Station (about a seventy-munte journey), then the JR Yamanote Line from Tokyo Station to Shinbashi Station (about five minutes).
The hotel is twenty-one stories tall with 277 guestrooms. Premier guest rooms are located on the 19th and 21st floors.
In addition to the guest rooms, the hotel contains eleven restaurants and bars, a patisserie, a hotel goods boutique, a "Fitness and Aqua Center", a florist, a beauty salon, and a barber shop. Aromatherapy massage is available in the fitness center.
Like many places in Japan, people with tattoos are not permitted to use the fitness center or pool.
