Fujimamas is a restaurant located in the Harajuku neighborhood of Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan.
Fujimamas' motto is "global food with an Asian twist". To this end, their menu includes burgers, Tandoori chicken wraps, stir-fries, risottos, and honey-cured duck. They offer two daily lunch sets - one with meat and one vegetarian. Alongside a lengthy list of beer and wine options, one will find imaginative cocktails - including "Fujimamas High", pairing shochu with mango or passionfruit juice.
The original Fujimamas restaurant (in Harajuku/Omotesando) is housed in what once was tatami mat factory. Occupying two floors, the restaurant offers both traditional table seating as well as Japanese style and a bar.
There is also a Fujimamas branch on the Hawaiian island of Kona.
